DEFINITION OF COMMUNITY – Why is UNDC necessary?
Millions of Nepalies are living abroad for different reasons. While they are working hard to improve their families living standards and contributing to nepal’s economy many still face challenges due to lack of proper guidance, equal opportunities, and unity.
To address these issues, UNDC is needed to protect the rights of Nepali migrants, properly utilize their skills, create opportunities, and promote a self-reliant lifestyle.
UNDC is moving forward with broad plans for the welfare of Nepali people abroad. With effective implementation, it will help make the Nepali community safe, self-reliant, and respected.
In the future, UNDC will strengthen the relationship between Nepal and the Nepali Diasporas and contribute significantly in areas such as education, business, technology, and social development.
Many skilled Nepali citizens are spending their valuable time working abroad, but their skills, knowledge, and experience are not properly utilized in Nepal. UNDC aims to promote skills not just as labor, but as economic potential, capital, and a foundation for national development.
At the same time, many educated youths are unable to find jobs according to their qualifications and are forced to go abroad. UNDC will focus on making youths self-reliant, creating employment opportunities, and transforming skills and education into economic opportunities.
Due to the unmanaged transport system in Nepal, citizens are facing daily difficulties. Because of weak management, poor regulation, and lack of awareness, more than 4,000 people lose their lives every year in road accidents.
On the other hand, many Nepali brothers and sisters who have gained international-level driving skills and professional experience are only able to use their skills abroad, and their potential is not properly utilized in Nepal.
Therefore, UNDC aims to bring people together in an organized and institutional way to transform the unmanaged transport system into a safe, well-managed, and responsible system.
This community will act as a common platform to unite skilled Nepali people both in Nepal and abroad and to use their skills experience and contributions for the improvement of Nepal transport sector.
